Hi! I'm Lindsay Cassella
Even when I am off the clock, I am still creating something.
After trying food cooked on a pellet grill, I went out and bought one and started smoking tri-tips, briskets, beef short ribs, pulled pork, and anything else I thought would benefit from a smokey flavor. It snowballed, and I fell in love with cooking. Now, I bake cakes and cookies from scratch, cook dishes like orange chicken and Mongolian beef, and carefully develop my own recipes.
If I am not cooking at home, I will probably be at Korean BBQ.
Education
I am part of the Spring 2024 graduating class of UNLV. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Journalism minor and maintained a 4.0 GPA.
